At Little Moss & Co, we work with trusted brand partners across Europe to bring carefully selected products straight to your door.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Please note this is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and carrier once the order is processed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on item size and delivery destination, and are displayed at checkout. As our products come from multiple brand partners, costs may vary between items. Free shipping may be available above a certain order value.

Split Shipments

If your order contains items from different brand partners, they may arrive in separate packages. You may receive multiple tracking notifications - there's no additional cost for this.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear. We'll send you everything you need to follow your delivery.

Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or customs processes. These are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We're unable to refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
